Convert your iPhone into an EMF Meter (electromagnetic field tester) by utilizing the internal compass hardware. With this app, you can view the raw data of the magnetic fields surrounding you on a digital display.

Record your findings with our new feature called "Readings Log" and easily send your readings via email while continuing to use the app.

Scientists, teachers, students, engineers, and even ghost hunters use EMF Meters to detect magnetic fields of all types. Now, iPhone 3G(S) & iPhone (4) owners can access these features for free!

Features:

 <li>Detect the strength of magnetic force fields on all three axes (x, y, z).</li>
 <li>Magnetic force is calculated in microteslas (µT).</li>
 <li>Record your readings with a time and date stamp for each event.</li>
 <li>Pause magnetic readings with the clock button to conduct experiments.</li>
</ul>

Version 2.2 updates include added locations to the save log, which can be viewed in either the log or a brand new map view. This feature was requested by a geological survey group.

In Version 2.0, we introduced settings that give you full control over sensor and data logging:

 <li>Auto sleep disable/enable</li>
 <li>Reading calibration</li>
 <li>Threshold for readings</li>
 <li>Alarm for readings</li>
 <li>Reading interval/timer</li>
</ul>

Instructions for using the settings can be found on the information view within the app.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The observed magnitude represents the strength or size of the magnetic vector in microteslas (µT).
